My love for baking came at an early age. Making mock menus and “serving” my parents whole meals, and desserts that I had made. From then on I knew I wanted to bake. Fast forward a few years, and I have graduated from Johnson & Wales in Science in Baking and Pastry. I have been baking professionally and for fun for 15 years now. I love making crafts and all things handmade for friends and family. I have been creating sugar flowers for weddings, birthdays and other special events for local, national and international clients.

• I would eat tacos and nachos every meal if I could

• Tulips are my favorite flower

• I love the smell of pinetrees

• At one point I wanted to be a fighter jet pilot

• I like to randomly burst out in song
