Holiday Tablescapes

2 Dec

What I love about the holidays is that I get to enjoy the time spent together with family, decorating the house in holiday cheer, and good food. With the help of epicurious or food network your food will be sure to please.

I decided to create three different tablescapes, featuring some of the items I have for sale in my Etsy Store. What I really like about making the gumpaste flowers is the flexibility. They could be placed on cupcakes, chocolates, cakes, ornaments for trees, gifts, napkin rings, the possibilities are many.

In this tablescape, it is clean and classic with the Christmas tree in the center. Featured on the tree are the snowflake ornaments and holly branches featured in my shop. You may also use the snowflake ornaments as place cards for your guests to take home as a gift.

What I love about decorating is that you don’t have to go out and buy new things each year. I used items that I had on hand to create a simple, yet festive table. This table features red ornaments and a glittery gold centerpiece. The red calla lilies are use as napkin holders, to create an extra pop of color.

The last table, is a winter wonderland. Silver ornaments and sparkling snowflakes make a beautiful centerpiece.
